Dark Days, White Nights - Tying Tiffany

Strange things happen in this blog. Posts disappearing, obscure presences fillng the pages of an interrupted diary, haertbeats barely heard into the noise of a low-fi track. Things happening in Tying Tiffany's music too. Tiffany is a young woman from Padova, discovered by the German label Get Physical in Berlin. "Dark days, white nights" is her last suggestive "thing". She crossed once again a step to a new sound but not yet unveiled. Since some artists are born with a definitive approach, guess she has the outsider ability to mix and cut music genres and suggest a personal world. TT creates something else with a clumsy and undefined touch, nevermind the influences in her music, too many to enlist. Still i feel a dejavu and yet can't complain about a warm but shokin' feeling. Here is the first track which best rapresents this hard working work. Bittersweet and lovely, Tying Tiffany.

Strane cose accadono in questo blog. Messaggi che scompaiono, presenze oscure riempiono le pagine di un diario interrotto, battiti cardiaci percepiti a malapena nel rumore di una trccia low-fi. Cose che accadono nella musica di Tying Tiffany. Tiffany è una giovane donna di Padova, scoperta dall'etichetta tedesca Get Physical di Berlino. "Dark days, white nights" è la sua ultima suggestiva "cosa" in cui compie un altro passo verso un sound nuovo ma non ancora svelato. Alcuni artisti nascono con un approccio definitivo, la sua capacità è quella di mescolare l'estraneo e tagliare trasversalmente i generi musicali suggerendo un mondo personale. TT crea qualcosa d'altro con un tocco goffo e indefinito, non importa le influenze nella sua musica, troppe per elencarsi. Sento un dejavu eppure non posso lamentarmi di questa straniante, accogliente e insieme inattesa provocazione. Ecco la prima traccia che meglio sintetizza questo duro lavoro della bella e agrodolce Tying Tiffany.
